Stephen King is CEO for TCELab, a Boston firm re-imagining Customer Experience Management (CEM) by standing at the intersection of Big Data and Customer Loyalty Science. Stephen is also President of Stephdokin.com, a private consulting firm focused on strategic technology commercialization.
With a storied career in the tax and accounting software space, Stephen co-founded Greenpoint Software in 1995, and helped create the ProFile Tax Preparation Software Suite that was acquired by Intuit in 2000; eventually becoming the CMO of Intuit Canada where he drove QuickBooks to #1 market share. Stephen was also a Director of Mountainview-based Intuit U.S. and was on the senior leadership team that helped define Intuit's Web 2.0 online community strategy in 2004/2005.
More recently, as CEO of Mob4Hire, Stephen grew the international crowd-sourcing mobile testing and user experience community to over 50,000 people in 150 countries.Now, with TCELab and Stephdokin, he is focused on positive change in the enterprise; creating customer-centric vision and tactical execution that ensures companies confidently drive business strategy decisions that focus resources on accelerated growth.
